The Client
In 2015, Civilera was established in Bangalore as a structural consultancy firm, co-founded by two structural engineers, Premjit and Susmitha. Over time, the company expanded its services and currently offers top-notch structural analysis and design solutions.
The Goal
The goal is to overhaul their sales funnels and assist in prioritising which courses they should emphasise for sales, as well as improve their email campaigns and marketing strategies. Previously, they worked with various agencies for marketing, but lacked a clear understanding of their campaign progress due to poor communication and reporting.
